This whole-home jumbo filtration system treats the water flowing through your residence. The 3 stage setup reduces sediment, rust , chlorine, odors, and chemical impurities before the water reaches any tap. The result is cleaner water for better hair and skin. It is designed for families who want a reliable, low-maintenance solution for healthier water throughout the home.

Will this product help with hair fall or skin irritation ?

Yes. It reduces chlorine and sediments, which often cause hair fall and skin breakouts.

How does the system improve water quality ?

Stage 1: Sediment filter made of multi‑layer polypropylene. Removes sand, rust, dust, and suspended particles to protect your pipes and the rest of the system.
Stage 2: Granular activated carbon filter (GAC) made from 100 % high‑quality coconut shell carbon.Removes chlorine, odors, discoloration, and volatile organic compounds for cleaner, better‑smelling water.
Stage 3: Advanced carbon block filter (CTO) made of refined carbon media. Further reduces chemical impurities and improves overall clarity and taste throughout the home.

The multi-layer density tech has 30% longer service life than the other jumbo filters.

Does it reduce water pressure ?

No. It is designed for high flow and normal pressure remains unchanged so long as you replace the filters in the recommended time.

Is it suitable for apartments, townhouses, and villas ?

It is suitable for townhouses and villas , but not for apartments. It can only be used in apartment where access to the main water line is available.

Can the product be stored outdoors ?

Yes. The product is designed to withstand the heat.

Will this system improve the taste or smell of the water ?

Yes. The 2nd stage (Granular Activated Carbon) reduces chlorine and unpleasant odors, while the third stage ( Carbon Block CTO) reduces the metallic taste caused by dissolved metals, making the water noticeably cleaner throughout the home.

Will it change the taste of drinking water ?

Yes, but only at a basic level. The GAC and CTO stages reduce chlorine and metallic taste, but the system does not purify water. For purified drinking water, one of our RO drip systems is required.

Does this system remove microplastics or bacteria ?

No. The 1st stage (sediment filter) removes visible particles, but to remove microplastics one of our RO drip systems is required.

Where is the system usually installed ?

It is installed at the main incoming water line after the water tank and pump , usually in the pump room or service area.

How is the system installed in my home ?

Our technicians first inspect the piping layout and choose a suitable wall area for the system. They then drill small holes into the wall to mount the housing brackets securely. They then modify the main incoming water line by cutting a section of the pipe and redirecting it to the filter. Once connected, the system is re-pressurized and fully tested. Before leaving , our technicians insure they clean the area insuring your home is left as clean as your water.

How long does installation take ?

Typically 1.5 to 2 hours depending on access to the main water line.

Is it normal for my water to come out brown immediately after installation ?

Yes, this is completely normal. When the system is first installed, the new carbon filters release a small amount of carbon dust, and cutting the main water line loosens old sediment inside the existing pipes. Once the pump is turned back on, the pressure surge pushes all of this out at once. After a short flush, the water usually clears within 30 minutes to an hour.

How often do the filters need to be replaced ?

Typically , all three filters need to be replaced every 3 months to maintain performance. This may defer depending on your water usage.

How will I know when it is time to replace the filters?

We keep track of your replacement schedule and contact you when your next visit is due. You may also schedule a maintenance visit on our website if you notice a reduction in water pressure or a change in the taste and odor of your water.
